I'm not usually a big fan of remakes that plunder my adolescent faves all in the name of a few bucks. But when you take CRANK star Jason Statham and stick him behind the Frankenstein mask for an update of the classic Roger Corman smash-em-up DEATH RACE 2000 (now simply known as DEATH RACE), you've got my attention.
SlashFilm has a first look and a plot synopsis of what sounds like a post-apocalyptic, RUNNING MAN-esque piece of B-movie trash.
In other words, I'm so there.
