Between the news that Bryant Gumbel and Cris Collinsworth will call the eight games shown on the NFL Network and what I can only refer to as The Horror Show working the MNF broadcasts, I feel like the NFL is daring me not to watch the upcoming season. As my brother and I discussed, why not just make Gilbert Gottfried and High Pitch Eric do the games? It'd be equally horrible but at least I'd be entertained.
And here's a laugh... while searching for an image of The Horror Show to include in my post, I stumbled upon this page trumpeting the Monday Night Football broadcast team. Unfortunately, it's about four years out of date and touts the broadcast acumen of the horrific Lisa Guerrero.
