I missed last night's premiere of AFRO SAMURAI, a new adult-oriented cartoon series (isn't the world awesome?!) featuring the voices of Samuel L. Jackson and Ron Perlman in a tale of a black Samurai sporting a full afro who roams the landscape seeking revenge on the man who killed his father in a duel. Sounds like a cartoon blaxploitation version of Lone Wolf. In other words, DVR alert!

Hopefully it'll be good and I can forgive Samuel L for SNAKES ON A PLANE and SHAFT...
