Here's more evidence that despite cracking the Top 40 just once (briefly with "I'll Be You"), the late, lamented Replacements continue to inspire and influence bands to this day. Following on the heels of 'Left of the Dial' and 'I'm In Love with That Song' comes 'We'll Inherit the Earth' yet another Replacements tribute disc. Available for a ridiculously cheap $8 from 1-2-3-4-Go! Records, the disc features bands like Against Me, The Queers and the legendary Blotto doing everything from "Nowhere Is My Home" and "If Only You Were Lonely" to "Raised in the City" and "Beer for Breakfast."
