New CARBON 14 Available Now
Been meaning to mention this for the last few weeks but things have a way of piling up around ERHQ. The fabulous new issue of CARBON 14 – the long-running magazine of music, art, smut, movies and wrestling – is now available for your reading and listening pleasure.
I'm proud to say I've been associated with C14 since its humble beginnings many moons ago and it's with complete confidence that I say this is the best issue that Larry & Leslie (the tag-team behind C14's continued existence) have assembled. Not only does it feature chats with JP Thunderbolt Patterson and the great Redd Kross (back on the road featuring the legendary NEUROTICA-era lineup!) as well as yours truly drooling over multi-tiered burgers and the BLIND DEAD films but you'll also get a heaping helping of legendary rocker Jeff Dahl, trash cinema historians Bill Landis and Michelle Clifford, Manor on Movies, Chopstick Cinema, Thee Whiskey Rebel, a hard-hitting review section, and much more.
Oh yeah, and if that ain't enough reasons for ya to fork over your hard-earned cash, this issue features yet another top-notch compilation CD. With Arizona and Detroit already under their belts, L&L have turned their attention to the land down under and have put together an incredible 23-track disc featuring the legendary Radio Birdman. As if the mention of Birdman alone isn't enough to get you stuffing cash in an envelope here's the rest of the disc's stellar lineup: Mink Jaguar, The Volcanics, The Boobytraps, Johnny Casino & The Secrets, Digger & The Pussycats, The Bakelite Age, The Dangermen, Lords Of Gravity, The Holy Soul, The Busymen, The Blurters, Hell Crab City, The Blacklist, The M-16s, The Drones, The Pink Fits, The Unfuckable, Tiger By The Tail, The Egos, The Intercontinental Playboys, The New Invincibles & James McCann.
Whew! Do yourself a favor and deman a copy from your local retailer or order on-line today.
