DON'T ANSWER THE PHONE DVD News

Circle October 10 on your calendars... that's the release date for BCI Eclipse's uncut disc of Robert Hammer's notorious 1980 slasher flick DON'T ANSWER THE PHONE. Starring character actor Nicholas Worth as a psycho terrorizing women in LA, the film has previously only been available on disc in its cut version.

Seemingly tireless DVD contributor (and good friend in the spirit of full disclosure) Bruce Holecheck recently chatted with Fangoria.com and gave enough details about the flick and the disc's many cool-sounding extras that 80s sleaze fans should be salivating over this one.

Better yet, the disc retails for less than a case of beer and Deep Discount DVD is taking pre-orders for a paltry seven bucks and change.
