New Reviews at ER... Kinski, Girl Slaves, Doris Wishman

I'm finally getting around to posting some of the reviews that I have backlogged. Just posted are:

THE BLACK ABBOTT (1963) – It's Klaus Kinski Krimi time at ER. Less a typical krimi whodunit than an oddball thriller, THE BLACK ABBOTT stars krimi regulars Joachim Fuchsberger and Eddi Arent with Kinski along for the ride as a condescending butler with a dark past.

GIRL SLAVES OF MORGANA LE FAY (1971) – With plot devices like lesbian witchcraft, bondage and soul-stealing Crites has high hopes for this cult classic seeing light of day thanks to Mondo Macabro. But is it more tease than titillation?

LET ME DIE A WOMAN (1978) – Doris Wishman's 1978 cult transgender classic gets a look from Stephen McClurg who finds the exploitation flick to be both sensational and sympathetic.

Check 'em out!
