During our recent road trip one of our stops was Ashland, Kentucky. All seemed peaceful and quiet while we were there.Who knew that The Duct Tape Bandit was plotting and planning his artful robbery? And, apparently, watching episodes of 'Beavis and Butt-Head'.
I'm pretty confident this dime store desperado would not qualify as one of the Best Super-Villain Costumes of All-Time.
